Photography
Good images tell people they're dealing with professionals.
We started behind the lens. Since 2013 we have photographed architecture and construction for clients including Derwent London, Equitone and the English National Ballet.
Great images are the difference between a project that gets specified and one that gets scrolled past. We shoot architectural and commercial photography built to be published.
Timing decides most of the result. A building photographs best in a narrow window: finished, cleaned, before it fills with boxes and desk clutter, and at the hour when the facade and the glazing actually behave. Firms who call a photographer a year after handover are usually asking to photograph something that no longer exists in that condition.
We shoot to a publishing standard because the images have to clear a higher bar than a website. Trade press, award submissions and specification documents all have requirements that phone photography does not meet. You receive the full library under a licence covering everything you will realistically do with it, rather than a per-use arrangement that makes you think twice before running an ad.
What's included
Who Photography is right for
The best time to photograph a project is just after completion and before it is occupied and cluttered. If a scheme is finishing in the next few months, that is the moment to book, not a year later.
The problem we solve
Specifiers can smell a stock library instantly, and nothing undermines a premium brand faster than generic imagery. Original photography of your own work is one of the fastest, most durable trust signals you can buy, and it feeds every other channel you run.

What changes
Photography: your questions answered
What do you photograph?
Architecture, construction progress, interiors, products, teams and events, all shot to be published.
Why not just use stock images?
Specifiers can spot a stock library instantly. Original photography of your own work is one of the fastest trust signals you can buy.
Do we own the images?
Yes, you receive a full licence to use your images across your marketing.
When is the best time to photograph a project?
Just after completion and before the space fills with boxes and clutter, at the time of day the facade and glazing behave. Booking a year after handover usually means photographing something that no longer looks like it did.
How many images do we get?
It depends on the scale of the shoot, and we agree the shot list in advance so you know what you are receiving. You get the full edited set rather than a small selection with the rest held back.
Can the images be used for press and awards?
Yes, that is part of why we shoot to a publishing standard. Trade titles and award submissions have image requirements that phone photography does not meet.
